Appointments
Please help us stay on schedule by confirming your appointment and arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled time. When changing appointments, we require a 24 hour notice in order to avoid a fee. If you are going to be late, please notify us. Call (757) 722-2929 to schedule or make appointment changes.  Please do not request appointment times or changes through this website.

Insurance
We will gladly file your dental insurance, however, you are required to pay any estimated amount not covered by insurance at the time of your visit. We attempt to stay current with your benefits but cannot guarantee that the insurance company will pay for your dental care. We recommend that you become familiar with your dental insurance policy, coverage, and limitations.

Payments
Our policy is to require payment at the time of your dental treatment.
   

Financing Programs
You may apply for financing in the office and, upon approval, it may be used for any or all of your dental fees, including your co-payment with any insurance.
